We aim to deliver your Bakarashi order safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Processing Time

• Orders take 2–4 working days to process.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

• Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier performance, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
• Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Fees

For this collection, shipping is included unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
• Tracking may take a few hours to reflect depending on the courier system.

Delivery Issues

Contact us immediately if your order is:
• delayed
• marked delivered but not received
• damaged in transit
• lost by the courier

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address, PIN code, phone number, and email are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Bakarashi is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
Reshipping charges may apply if you request another delivery.

Returns Due to Damage or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can help you with the next steps.

For eligible cases:
• A reverse pickup will be arranged when your pincode is serviceable, OR
• You may ship the item back using a reliable courier and request reimbursement.
